Role Overview
The Recruitment Administrator plays a pivotal role in driving daily office operations, maintaining candidate data integrity, and supporting recruitment consultants across the hospitality sector. This position blends recruitment coordination, marketing support, and general office administration within a high-energy, team-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Support full-cycle recruitment efforts by assisting consultants with candidate sourcing, resume parsing, and conducting initial applicant screenings.
- Document Preparation: Standardize, format, and proofread candidate CVs to match company branding and presentation standards prior to client submission.
- Job Board Management: Draft, publish, and track job postings across multiple employment boards and social platforms.
- System Administration: Maintain real-time candidate and client records in the recruitment CRM, ensuring clean data and workflow accuracy.
- Front-of-House & Communications: Serve as the primary contact for office communications, managing incoming phone inquiries and directing client and candidate requests appropriately.
- Marketing & Engagement: Assist with employer branding and social media content creation using design tools like Canva.
- Finance & Billing Support: Liaise directly with the finance department to cross-check client invoicing, track placement billing, and confirm payment status.
- Office Coordination & Culture: Organize team events, office lunches, celebrations,
and handle general office management duties to support an engaging team culture.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Relevant Experience: Background in administrative support, hospitality, retail, or high-touch customer service settings.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to balance competing administrative deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy across applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Working Style: Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
