Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate operational activities across their sites in the Northern Cape , based in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure smooth execution across assigned locations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for process improvements.
- Ensure effective resource management, including equipment and supplies,
to support operations.
- Liaise with management and other departments to coordinate operational activities and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations supervision or management role, preferably within a multi-site context.
