The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional end-of-life care. This role focuses on patient-centered approaches to enhance comfort and dignity. As a pivotal member of the care team, the Registered Nurse coordinates with medical professionals to craft and deliver tailored care plans.

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and families
- Develop and adjust individual care plans as needed
- Address palliative care emergencies appropriate to training
