- Assess, plan, and evaluate pharmaceutical care delivery
- Mentor pharmacists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Conduct educational sessions and in-service training
- Participate in drug therapy guideline developments
- Engage in pharmacological research and quality improvement Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency certification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- At least a year of relevant hospital pharmacy experience
