About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Chemical Process Engineer to join their team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to critical process design and optimization projects. You will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving chemical processes to meet production goals, ensuring efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for new and existing products, working remotely.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to analyze performance, identify improvements, and predict outcomes.
- Develop and refine process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;).
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical solutions to manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Ensure all process designs comply with strict safety regulations ,



environmental standards, and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and project proposals for remote stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in chemical process engineering , with proven success in remote project execution.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and unit operations.
- Excellent digital communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote setting.
