About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Social Impact Analyst to contribute to their mission of creating positive change. This fully remote position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the organization's social programs and initiatives. You will play a key role in measuring the effectiveness of interventions, identifying areas for improvement, and generating insights that inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and manage data from various social impact programs and initiatives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess program performance, impact, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings clearly.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform program development and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support.




- Contribute to the development and refinement of data collection methodologies and impact measurement frameworks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related analytical field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement, preferably in a social impact context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
