The ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar role within the Canadian hotel industry and bring a strong track record in sales, revenue generation, market development, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

- Leading the hotel sales team and setting annual sales goals
- Developing group market rates and supporting overall revenue targets
- Preparing annual budgets and marketing plans
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing key client relationships and account profiles
- Monitoring sales performance, activity, and production targets
- Supporting the hotel’s social media presence

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of hotel experience, robust knowledge of the Toronto, Ontario, and Canadian markets, and excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
