- Bathe, dress, and change residents with dignity
- Transfer residents safely using proper equipment
- Serve appropriate meals based on dietary requirements
- Carry out directed treatments and monitor health
- Facilitate residents' mobility within the facility Requirements:
- Registered in the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare setting
- Experience caring for those with dementia
- Solid leadership and communication skills
