Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our wireless telecommunications retail team. The successful candidate will assist customers with their mobile and wireless needs, recommend suitable products and services, and achieve individual and store sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their wireless, internet, and communication needs.
- Recommend and sell mobile phones, wireless plans, internet services, accessories, and related products.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, contracts, and service options clearly to customers.
- Process new activations, upgrades, renewals, plan changes, and device purchases accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide professional, personalized service.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic service issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Stay informed about new devices, wireless plans, promotions, and telecommunications products.
- Complete transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional retail workplace.




- Follow company policies regarding privacy, security, sales procedures, and customer information.
- Participate in product training, team meetings, and promotional activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications

- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working toward individual and team sales targets.
- Ability to explain technical products and services in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling mobile phones, wireless plans, internet services, or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of wireless telecommunications products and services.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Bilingual communication skills are an asset.
