Role Description The Revenue Operations Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing the processes, systems, and data that drive revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role involves maintaining and improving CRM and related revenue tools, ensuring data accuracy, and developing reports and dashboards to give stakeholders clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and forecasting. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, document processes, and support enablement initiatives that improve conversion and retention.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing revenue metrics, identifying process gaps, implementing system enhancements, and helping ensure alignment between Go-To-Market teams. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by proposing data-driven recommendations and participating in key projects and initiatives that support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
- Run the contract to cash process so that what is sold, invoiced and recognized always agree, working with Accounting to close any gaps
- Review customer contracts for accuracy against pricing, terms and approved templates, and maintain contract templates
- Maintain accurate deal, account and contract data in HubSpot, and support the revenue team with properties, integrations and reporting
- Record usage based billing terms, renewals, price changes and cancellations in HubSpot and hand them to Accounting for invoicing
- Manage partner marketplace operations, including listings, partner reporting and the monthly hand off of partner data to Accounting
- Produce the monthly revenue and KPI reporting used by leadership, including ARR, MRR, churn and partner revenue, reconciled to recognized revenue
- Support sales planning, including quotas and compensation plan inputs
Company Operations
- Support the development and rollout of company policies and quarterly all hands meetings
- Perform day to day configuration in revenue and HR tools.
Requirements
- Three to five years in revenue operations, sales operations or business operations, ideally in a SaaS
- Hands on HubSpot experience, including properties, workflows, integrations and reporting
- Able to read a subscription agreement and translate it into accurate CRM and billing data
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: lookups, pivots and reports that tie out
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential financial and employee information
- Self starter who is motivated to work independently in a remote environment
