407 ETR Highway 407 ETR is seeking a Shift Lead in Operations to support the Highway Operations Leadership Team in maintaining road surfaces, signage, illumination, drainage and traffic guidance systems to MTO standards.
The role requires rotating shifts, weekend on-call, and ability to work in all weather conditions. The candidate should have 5+ years in road construction or maintenance, a DZ license, and solid leadership and communication skills.
