You will guide tours and activities, supervise other ambassadors, and enhance visitor interactions at both the museum and during offsite events. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging, informative tours and promotional activities
- Organize and manage promotional setup and takedowns
- Supervise a team to ensure high-quality visitor experiences
- Engage with guests and share knowledge on exhibitions
- Conduct related administrative tasks efficiently Requirements:
- 1-2 years of post-secondary training in relevant fields
- 1 year of leadership experience in customer-facing roles
