Role Description The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting CareCard's offerings. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, providing training to clients or partners, and consistently meeting sales and service targets.



The Sales and Marketing Representative will also act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies and best practices
- Previous experience in the healthcare sectors is a plus (e.g previous experience as a nurse or healthcare worker)
- Visit existing and prospective clients, healthcare clinics, and partner organizations
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, healthcare organizations, clinics, staffing agencies, and social service employers
- Prospect, identify, and engage new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and networking events

Compensation

- Performance-based commission and bonus structure tied to current client acquisitions and business growth
