Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and brand partners throughout adoption, development, and launch phases
- Support brand partners in understanding ALUULA materials, construction techniques, and product applications
- Coordinate sampling, documentation, and launch readiness for new and existing partners
- Support the commercial team with order processing, customer setup, and account coordination
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite)
- Manage shared sales and customer service inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow‑up
- Coordinate internally with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to support partner execution
- Track partner project progress and proactively flag issues or risks




- Support forecasting inputs, reporting, and general commercial team administration

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a customer‑facing role
- Experience supporting B2B customers, technical products, or premium brands is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Comfortable working across CRM, ERP, and standard productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as the business scales
