As Assistant
Manager, you’ll also facilitate training and development, ensuring team members maintain high operational standards and compliance. Engage with key external stakeholders to expand reach and effectiveness of SPC's disaster relief initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and support for the Site Leadership Team
- Oversee training and conduct after-action reviews
- Manage logistics and scheduling for deployments
- Build external relationships for enhanced collaboration
- Ensure compliance and accurate documentation Requirements:
- Commitment to Christian principles and SPC's Statement of Faith
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in management or related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
