Your Next Challenge

- Actively participate in the organization, representation and delivery of AEM in various types of community meetings/events (family day, community events, Hamlet meetings, consultation meetings, mining awareness programs, follow-up on donation, etc.);
- Ensure community members have access to different kinds of information regarding AEM operations;
- Provide Agnico Eagle with relevant community feedback and/or information such as issues, challenges, complaints that may arise and/or any relevant information related to the community;
- Support the Sanajiksanut recruitment team in the hiring process by guiding jobseekers towards the appropriate resources;
- Support jobseekers by guiding them to resources and coaching them through the application process, especially those facing barriers like limited phone or digital access.

What You Need To Succeed

- High School Degree or equivalent;
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;




- Comfortable interacting with community members by phone or in person;
- Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Robust ability to effectively communicate in English and in Inuktitut (oral and written);
- Having a driver’s license;
- Good computer skills, and knowing the Microsoft 365 Suite is an asset;
- Being a social person;
- Being empathetic and community-oriented, with a focus on supporting applicants who may lack digital access;
