Experience And Skills

- Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP FI-CA solutions for utility business processes, including customer billing, payments, collections, dunning, security deposits, write-offs, and account maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP IS-U functional teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis,



and implement FI-CA enhancements supporting customer service and revenue operations.
- Configure and support FI-CA integrations with SAP IS-U modules such as Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and General Ledger (FI), ensuring accurate financial and customer account processing.
- Develop functional specifications, support testing activities (SIT, UAT, and regression testing), troubleshoot production issues, and provide ongoing application support in a utility industry environment.

Preferred Experience

- SAP FI-CA implementation or support experience in a regulated utilities environment (electric, gas, water, or multi-utility).
- Strong understanding of collections, payment processing, dunning, refunds, security deposits, and integration with SAP IS-U Billing and FICA processes.
