As part of Heartland’s Property Core cluster, you will manage complex claims, validate technical submissions, and support your junior colleagues with mentorship and quality assurance.

This role emphasizes collaboration with insureds, brokers, and vendors to foster transparency and accuracy in the claims process. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle large residential and commercial property claims
- Ensure accuracy in coverage and defensibility during claims
- Review and validate engineer and contractor scopes
- Mentor junior adjusters and oversee their case escalations
- Participate in catastrophe planning and evaluation Requirements:
- 5-7 years of property adjusting experience
- CIP designation required; FCIP a plus
- Solid construction principles knowledge
- Proven analytical and negotiation skills
