Take on the role of Senior Philanthropy Advisor at Baluchon and lead impactful fundraising efforts. This position combines strategic planning with the development of donor relationships in a hybrid work environment. Baluchon is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Advisor to enhance its fundraising efforts and ensure the sustainability of caregiver services.

In this role, you will work under the CEO’s guidance, focusing on recruiting and engaging donors while executing a comprehensive philanthropic strategy. Your work will help drive Baluchon’s mission throughout Quebec. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement the annual philanthropic development plan effectively
- Identify and develop opportunities for funding
- Perform major donor solicitation and follow-ups
- Coordinate and supervise fundraising campaign operations
- Maintain solid relationships with donors and financial partners Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years in fundraising or philanthropy
- Experience with foundations and major donor relations
- Familiarity with Prodon is a plus
