We're looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and integrating next-generation customer engagement solutions across multiple business units.
Candidates must have solid Amazon Connect and CCaaS experience and be comfortable working within complex enterprise environments. What You'll Be Doing
Designing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions Delivering integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms Building Agentic AI and automation capabilities Working closely with Architects, Product Teams and Business Stakeholders Mentoring engineers and promoting best practice Supporting end-to-end solution delivery across the programme What We're Looking For
