Areti is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a major CCaaS, Amazon Connect and Agentic AI transformation programme.
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and integrating next-generation customer engagement solutions across multiple business units. Candidates must have robust Amazon Connect and CCaaS experience and be comfortable working within complex enterprise environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions
- Delivering integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms
- Building Agentic AI and automation capabilities
- Working closely with Architects, Product Teams and Business Stakeholders
- Mentoring engineers and promoting best practice
- Supporting end-to-end solution delivery across the programme
