Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services, including deep cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
- Conduct paint correction procedures such as compounding and polishing to remove swirl marks and scratches.
- Apply protective coatings like ceramic sealants and paint protection films (PPF).
- Inspect vehicles to assess detailing needs and recommend appropriate services to customers.
- Manage detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and replenished.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction for all completed detailing jobs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer , with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expertise in various detailing techniques, including paint correction, polishing, and application of protective treatments.
- Familiarity with a range of detailing products, tools, and equipment.
- Robust attention to detail and a passion for achieving flawless finishes.
