Must Have

Yes - The Candidate must meet or exceed one of the following:

- University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR
- Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR
- One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR
- Eight-year BA experience
- 3 years - Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.
- 4 years - Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.
- 5 years - Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments.
- 5 years - Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT setting.
- 1 year - Experience working with correctional facility systems related to business processes and gathering requirements.
