Senior Business Architect — Wealth Management Lead the design and approval of the target operating model, connecting strategy, business processes, roles, controls, data and technology into one practical blueprint.

Key responsibilities - Plan and facilitate discovery and future-state design sessions with stakeholders - Document current-state variations and identify where standardization or a governed exception is required - Define target capabilities and processes for client onboarding, KYC, account maintenance, portfolio management and trading, client servicing, compliance supervision, reporting, billing and operational workflows - Define process owners, decision rights, controls, service hand-offs and governance forums - Ensure platform decisions follow the approved business model rather than lettingcurrent system limitations dictate the operating model - Partner with the NDEX Functional Lead to convert approved processes into functional requirements, data implications and configuration standards - Support change impact assessment, implementation sequencing and transition planning - Current-state findings and process variation assessment - Target operating model - Business capability and process hierarchy - Process ownership and accountability matrix - Target process maps and key design decisions - Governance and design authority modelChange impact and implementation roadmap Required qualifications - 10+ years in business architecture, operating model design or business transformation - Direct Canadian wealth management experience, ideally with an ICPM, portfolio manager or CIRO-regulated dealer - Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into target processes, controls, accountabilities and implementation roadmaps - Experience with portfolio management, advisor operations,
