Senior Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change management for a large-scale Workday Adaptive Planning implementation within a member-services organization ( 100%Onsite, Edmonton AB ) .

Overview

This 8-month engagement is split between driving change management for a Workday Adaptive Planning rollout impacting ~300 budget users across 10 stakeholder entities, and supporting additional OCM priorities as capacity allows. The consultant will build and execute a full change plan within the client's existing Change Framework — spanning stakeholder engagement, impact and readiness assessments, UAT and go-live support, post-go-live adoption support, and close coordination with the Project Manager, Project Sponsor, Finance lead, and internal Communications and Learning teams — to ensure successful adoption at go-live and beyond.

Must-Haves:

7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, including stakeholder engagement, change planning, and communications strategy

Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience, or comparable large-scale ERP/financial planning transformation experience ( e.g. SAP, Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights )

Experience conducting impact assessments and readiness assessments across multiple business units/stakeholder groups

Training and learning & development coordination experience

Available for 100% onsite work in Edmonton, AB

Nice-to-Haves:

Financial planning,

budgeting , or forecasting domain experience, or experience with comparable financial systems

Experience with large-scale ERP implementation change management

PROSCI or other formal change management certification





Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive change management plan within the client's existing Change Framework and templates

Conduct stakeholder engagement and assessment, and change-impact assessment across all affected entities

Lead readiness assessments, UAT and go-live support, and post-go-live adoption support

Provide regular OCM status reporting and integrate OCM activities with the overall project plan and timeline

Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Project Sponsor, and Finance lead on dependencies and milestones

Collaborate closely with internal Communications and Learning teams on training rollout

Support additional OCM priorities as required and as capacity allows between major project milestones
