As a Senior Analyst, you will oversee annual compensation cycles, conduct market benchmarking, and analyze data trends to inform leadership. Your skills in pay equity will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer base pay and incentive programs
- Lead annual compensation planning and budget alignment
- Analyze market trends for strategic insights
- Conduct internal equity audits and risk assessments
- Ensure data integrity with Payroll and HRIS teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5-7 years compensation experience in complex settings
- Solid Excel and data modeling skills
