Responsibilities

- sales people in the office will contact this person with requests
- Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
- Corporate searches
- Calling other brokerages for market info
- Zoning searches
- Title searches
- Contact databasing
- Taking property photos
- Creating listing surveys
- Demographic reports
- Geowarehouse reports

Qualifications

Must Have Skills

- Attention to detail
- Being able to organize themselves, track urgency

Nice to have skills:
- Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
- If they have experience working at a real estate company

Years of Experience: Pretty Open

Education

- University Degree preferred
- College experience

Software skills: Excel would be helpful
