Canon Canada is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Dispatch with a hybrid schedule. You will back up technical teams across regions, review dispatch data, and ensure SLA targets are met while preparing regular reports for management.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, strong time management, and familiarity with S21DS, SharePoint, and FSRMA. You will also train recent staff and respond to customer calls as needed.
