About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior E-commerce Specialist to join their expanding digital team on a fully remote basis, supporting their operations out of Kimberley . This leadership role involves driving the strategy and execution of all e-commerce initiatives, focusing on optimizing the online sales funnel, enhancing customer experience, and achieving aggressive growth targets. You will leverage your deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer behavior to identify opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and lead projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, including product listings, merchandising, and promotional activities.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts related to e-commerce, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce management and digital strategy.

- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and associated tools.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales and conversion rates.
