Senior Geotechnical Engineer

established and growing engineering consultancy within the ground investigation sector.

We're seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to manage complex site investigation projects and deliver high-quality technical reporting.

About the role

- Manage and supervise ground investigation projects on site
- Oversee drilling rigs and site teams, ensuring safe delivery
- Carry out soil/rock logging, trial pitting, and in-situ testing
- Undertake groundwater and gas monitoring/sampling
- Produce accurate site records and interpretative reports
- Lead on H&S; compliance, RAMS, inductions, and site safety
- Liaise directly with clients throughout project delivery

Requirements for consideration





- Degree qualified (Geology / Geotechnical / Hydrogeology or similar)
- Experience managing ground investigation projects/contracts
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Full UK driving licence
