AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware, to help scale our team for world-class airports. You will source top hardware talent, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and build a strong candidate pipeline to support rapid growth.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and experience with rapid-growing startups. Robotics/autonomy recruiting is a plus. This is a full-time role based at AeroVect's Toronto-area offices.
