We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong Capital Markets experience, preferably in Commodities trading.
Key Requirements:
- Robust hands-on experience with Core Java / Java 8+
- Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices
- Capital Markets / Trading Systems experience
- Strong Commodities or Commodity Derivatives experience
- Hands-on Murex / MX.3 experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Murex integrations, MxML, Datamart, workflows or interfaces is an asset
- Previous Murex migration, upgrade or implementation experience is highly preferred
- Experience with trade lifecycle, market data, pricing, risk, P&L;, settlements or trade processing
- REST APIs, SQL, Unix/Linux and messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ or JMS
- Endur / Openlink / ETRM experience can also be considered
Major Plus:
- Endur-to-Murex or other trading platform migration experience
- Commodities experience across Energy, Metals, Oil/Gas, Power or commodity derivatives
- Previous Canadian banking / Capital Markets experience
