This role includes assessment, program development, and ensuring high-quality service standards. You will promote resident independence and actively support their right to choose leisure opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day therapeutic recreation coordination
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments for residents
- Facilitate resident-centered recreational programs
- Create and distribute monthly calendars of events
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy or related area
- Minimum three years working with senior populations
- Certification in wellness interventions is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic records
