You will report to the CFO - Americas and play a crucial role in business transformation initiatives. Emphasizing continuous improvement, the role also involves process evaluations and strategic prioritization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial transformation efforts for organizational effectiveness
- Identify, assess, and improve finance processes
- Support ERP system optimizations and implement improvements
- Create and standardize financial controls and best practices
- Drive a culture of excellence within the finance team Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance-related field
- Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Robust analytical and presentation skills
