The role focuses on concept design, load calculations, coordination with internal and external teams, and preparation of contract documents for healthcare, hospitality, commercial and institutional facilities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering/design coordination, proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT, and a solid grasp of ASHRAE and LEED standards.
