Zip is seeking a visionary and operationally solid Manager, PMO to establish, scale, and mature our PMO from the ground up. You will define governance models, standard methodologies, and delivery frameworks that power Zip's enterprise deployments. You will lead, mentor, and coach a growing team of project managers, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to accelerate time-to-value for strategic global clients.
