Role Summary Lead the onboarding, migration, and implementation of a current social media platform for CIBC Wealth Management advisors. Support change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and compliance monitoring.

Work Schedule

37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Responsibilities

Manage the social media enablement platform implementation project





Drive change management including communications, training, and adoption

Track project milestones, timelines, and budget

Collaborate closely with Compliance, Marketing, and Social Media teams

Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards around social media

Must Have

5-7 years of program/project management experience

Experience with platform migrations

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience in change management

Nice to Have

PMP certification

Experience in financial industry/regulation

Experience with social media management tools
