This role requires you to assist the supervisor in the daily operations of the residence, training staff and ensuring that the clients' physical and emotional needs are met.

You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing life skill plans that empower clients while creating a nurturing setting for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide residence workers through training and policy administration
- Participate in personal service plan assessments
- Provide life skills training to clients as needed
- Assist residents with activities of their daily lives
- Document and report on client progress Requirements:
- A degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field
- Relevant experience in crisis management settings
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches for diverse abilities
- Valid BC driver's license
