Synopsys, Inc. is seeking an experienced SerDes/IP engineer to lead end-to-end SIPI for high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen6/7/8, E224G, E448G, CXL over PCIe) across silicon, package, and board domains.

You will drive channel modeling, signoff methodologies, and cross-functional troubleshooting to ensure first-pass success. You will mentor engineers, define SIPI flows, and push architectural decisions that improve SI/PI across programs, while delivering robust, correlated methodologies and transparent
