Your role will involve responding to incidents, resolving performance issues, and overseeing security threats. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors to address complex technical issues using your cPanel/WHM knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle real-time incidents affecting production infrastructure
- Quickly identify and fix performance issues
- Address security incidents like phishing and malware
- Configure, provision, and decommission servers
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot effectively Requirements:
