Miratech Group is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to join our Global Unified Communications Engineering team. You will design, deliver, and operate UC platforms across the Americas, focusing on Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related voice services to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
You will act as the primary incident management contact, coordinate with Cisco, telecom carriers, and other vendors, and support Red Sky emergency services and Microsoft Teams Meetings.
