We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our skilledservice team. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional whotakes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and iscomfortable travelling out of town Monday to Thursday.

In this position, you will complete year-end warrantychecks and service work on recently built RTM homes, helping ensure everycustomer receives the high level of care and attention Warman Homes is knownfor.

What You’ll Do

- Travel to out-of-town RTM home locations Monday toThursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work.
- Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repairtasks, including drywall taping and mudding.
- Identify, document, and complete warranty-related repairswith accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners,team members, and supervisors.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safeand responsible manner.




- Represent Warman Homes with a customer-first attitude anda commitment to quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous carpentry and renovation experience is required.
- Ability to confidently complete drywall taping andmudding.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’sabstract.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, changing environment.
- Honest, hardworking, dependable, and self-motivatedapproach to work.
