Join the De Beers Group as a Site Services Operator, stationed at the Gahcho Kué Mine. You will ensure safety and efficiency through responsible equipment operation while supporting sustainable practices. This role calls for an energetic and highly motivated individual to assist in the site services team.

Your responsibilities will encompass operating equipment effectively, conducting safety assessments, and being mindful of environmental impacts during your tasks.

We offer a fixed-term contract leading up to June 2027 with a structured 14 days on and 14 days off rotation. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct job risk assessments as a team
- Operate and maintain equipment responsibly
- Inspect tools and equipment before usage
- Follow safety regulations consistently
- Report and rectify safety hazards promptly Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license or ability to acquire a site license
- 1-3 years experience in equipment operation
- Expertise in Butt fusing HDPE piping (3-5 years)
