In this role, the Communications Specialist will manage daily communications tasks, ensuring all content is clearly articulated and true to the cultural values of Snuneymuxw First Nation.

Collaborating with different teams, you will produce content for social media, newsletters, and more, fostering an inclusive channel for community voice. Strong project management and interpersonal skills are vital as you navigate multiple priorities and create engaging content. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and produce content for newsletters, posters, and social media
- Manage communications requests and timelines




- Review public-facing materials for accessibility and accuracy
- Support the publishing of website updates and social media posts
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for content creation Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field like Communications or Graphic Design
- Minimum of 3 years in communications or related experience
- Solid skills in Adobe and Microsoft tools
- Experience with project coordination and vendor relations
