Position: Senior CRM – Solution Architect

Duration: 6 Months assignment (contract)

Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM – Solution Architect to provide senior-level solution architecture leadership for the design and modernization of a large-scale enterprise regulatory compliance platform.

The successful consultant will lead the design of scalable, secure, integrated, and cloud-based enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and enterprise integration technologies.

Scope

- Design scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure technologies.
- Develop enterprise integration architectures supporting multiple systems, applications, and lines of business.
- Assess the impact of new technologies and services on the existing application and infrastructure landscape.
- Engage business, architecture, security, infrastructure, integration, and delivery stakeholders to define and validate solution requirements.

Assignment Deliverables

- Solution Architecture Documents defining end-to-end architecture approaches and technology solutions.
- Physical Architecture Diagrams covering application, cloud, network, platform, and infrastructure components.
- Integration Architecture Specifications defining scalable integration patterns across enterprise systems.
- Security Architecture Designs covering access controls, identity management, data protection, and security requirements.




- Data Flow Diagrams illustrating information movement and integration across applications and platforms.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including design, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise-wide platforms.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
- Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Azure-based enterprise solutions, including Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.
- Demonstrated experience designing Enterprise Integration Architectures and implementing scalable integration patterns across multiple business systems and platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Security Models, including business units, security roles, access controls, and data segregation.
- Experience designing multi-tenant enterprise platforms supporting multiple lines of business using configurable and reusable solution components.

Nice to Have:

- Experience integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience with API-led connectivity, service orchestration, and complex enterprise integration environments.
