Responsibilities

- sales people in the office will contact this person with requests
- Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
- Corporate searches
- Calling other brokerages for market info
- Zoning searches
- Title searches
- Contact databasing
- Taking property photos
- Creating listing surveys
- Demographic reports
- Geowarehouse reports

Qualifications

- Must Have Skills: Attention to detail
- Must Have Skills: Being able to organize themselves, track urgency
- Nice to have skills: Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
- Nice to have skills: If they have experience working at a real estate company
- Years of Experience: Pretty Open
- Education: University Degree preferred
- Education: College experience
- Software skills: Excel would be helpful
