Enhance your nursing skills in our Specialty Float Registered Nurse role. This position involves working in both emergency and medical units for 11.25-hour shifts. We are looking for a Specialty RN with a minimum of 2 years of emergency experience to float between our medical unit and ER.

As part of a dedicated team, you will coordinate comprehensive nursing care using evidence-based practices. Ensure effective collaboration with other staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes in energetic settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Float efficiently between emergency department and medical unit
- Provide clinical leadership during patient care
- Engage in point-of-care lab testing for accurate assessments
- Follow documentation processes diligently
- Enhance team effectiveness in patient care Requirements:
- Valid nursing license is essential
- 2+ years of recent emergency nursing experience
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CTAS
- Desired: TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NRP
