- Own requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify, track, and manage requirements.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
- Support Agile delivery teams with requirement validation and prioritization.
- Ensure accountability and timely closure of requirements.
Skills Required:
- Solid Business Analysis experience
- Experience in SRE, IT Operations, or Infrastructure environments
- Requirements traceability and stakeholder management
- JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps knowledge preferred
