Preference will be given to those with past experience, but not a must! Shifts start between 6pm and 8pm and finish between 11pm and 1am depending on the day of the week.

Scrub pots and pans. Sweep and mop the floor. Transport trash to an outside storage bin. Keep work station clean, sanitized and safe at all times. Clean the kitchen as directed by the Chef. Polish glassware and cutlery.
