Join Stonehenge's mission as a Support Worker in their Crisis Stabilization program. Provide crucial support for those in mental health and substance use crises. In this full-time position, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients stabilize during crises and navigate their recovery journey.

The Support

Worker must have a solid background in social services and at least one year of hands-on experience. You will engage clients in defining wellness goals and coordinate services for their long-term wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

- Support participants with personal goal achievement
- Develop risk management and crisis intervention plans
- Conduct room inspections and facilitate group support
- Navigate services and connect clients to essential resources
- Monitor client health and provide necessary documentation Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree related to social services
- Minimum one year of experience in relevant roles
- Understanding of case management and crisis services
- Current First Aid/CPR Level C certification
